Fun week, adding watercolor to a few of the scribbles as well as doing the above scribble using only a brush and one pigment, varying the line and consistency of the pigment with each stroke. Notice how the change in value as well as the descriptive shape of each stroke creates a feeling of dimension without actually drawing it. The linear lines, accented by the ovals and circles creates motion through and around the strokes describing the compass.
